The militants of the Lashkar-e-Toiba took the help of a non-local Sandeep Kumar to loot ATMs in the state, the Inspector General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, Munir Khan said.
He said that Sandeep a resident of Uttar Pradesh has now been apprehended and is being questioned.
The IGP further said that Sandeep incidentally was in the Same house where most wanted Lashkar militant, Bashir Lashkar was housed. It may be recalled that Lashkari was killed recently in an encounter.
The IGP further added that the Lashkar militants took the help of Sandeep to loot ATMs in the state. (PTK).
